Dear Families,

Welcome Back staff and students! We are excited to start off our 2018-19 school year and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our students on August 22, 2018. Our school is looking amazing thanks to Justin and Jehu who have spent the entire summer cleaning our school. SBUSD continues to support our schools in many ways! A new fire alarm system has been added to McKinley along with some rooms getting painted, more backpack hooks have been added and our new trees on the playground are growing nicely.

At McKinley Elementary School we have adopted three personal standards for the 2017-2018 academic year. These are expectations for all students in all areas of our campus. Please talk to your child about these standards, and check in to see which standard they might need some support for continued growth.
